Institutions dealt include the International Development Association of the World Bank (WB/IDA), African Development Bank (ADB), Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), European Investment Bank (EIB); and bilateral agencies such as European Union (EU); Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA), etc.; and secured financing and undertaken project implementation through management of the construction phase.
